Between a counterclockwise round-the-island race that ended at nightfall, Orion Martin and Charles Gaté’s three consecutive wins, a first podium on day 3 for a local crew and constantly changing winds, the 8th edition of the St-Barth Cata Cup was filled with surprises and firsts.

Speaking of which, we welcomed this year 2 crews from Argentina and one from the UK for the first time in the St-Barth Cata Cup’s history. «We had a lot of fun, this is paradise! The St-Barth Cata Cup is very well known in our country and we have always wanted to compete at the event. We will certainly be back.»
